We waited 45 minutes outside the apartment for the key (it was Sunday). The carpark we were shown turned out to be someone else's place. We did not receive Internet service. The milk offered in the apt. was nothing more than small coffee creams! Never recommend this place.

    Very good

The location was spot on and the price was reasonable. The bedroom was a good size and I found it very comfortable.

    The location for Deansgate Locks

Close to pubs. Cheap and basic for a one night stay.

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty towels. No toilet roll. Stains on bedding. Quite loud at night. Had to wait outside for over half an hour to be shown to our room.

    Good

The location. Also having the privacy of your own apartment.

I felt it was expensive. For that amount a welcome food pack with a carton of milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar etc should have been provided along with personal shower/ bath products. That would have helped to give a more luxourious feel.

    Exceptional

stayed one night here for business. Would recommend iida apartments, and would stay here again. The staff were very personable, helpful and efficient. Enjoyed my stay, had everything a serviced apartment requires and more. Awesome location; walking distance from the city. Extremely satisfied

First of all the apartments were not even signed which meant our taxi driver had to go in circles to find it. It was not at all luxury, with broken chairs, stains on carpets, internal doors full of stains, broken vases. Dishwasher was blocked and full of stinky smelly water and debris. When we complained to rep, he simply said "keep it shut because ur not going to use it anyway" floors all over the apartment were sticky. Blinds in the bedroom were broken, there was rust in the kitchen cupboards We couldn't get the heating to work, even after ringing the rep and asking him how to do it. Overall I think the apartments were far too over priced for what we got, which made our whole weekend experience very awful, we had to cancel dinner bookings due to having to sort out problems.

Easy access to all local amenities

Not keen on complicated underground parking.

    Very good

clean and cozy room with one bedroom, location is near the central of Manchester.

no check-in counter at all, need some one to pick you up at the parking entrance, should be informed the contact number to the new comer before arrival.

    Fabulous

The apartments were modern and spacious.

The fact that the entrance to the building was through the car park gate.

    Good

Apartments are much better than hotels. Central location.

There is noone on iste for check in and so you have to phone and give 30mins notice of arrival; not easy in rush hour traffic. Blue Rainbow appartments are next door and just that bit better and they have a reception.

    Good

It was clean with a good location.

we didn't like several things. First - the management didn't show up and we needed to call them and even then they didn't come to the apartment until 11:00 the day after we arrived. The reason was clear as we were 3 persons in the 2 bedroom flat but there were only 2 towels, the chest of draws were both broken, the shower head in 1 bath was broken, the DVD player didn' t work, The drain in the kitchen could not be closed, broken glass on the balcony. all photographed.

Only the location extremely disappointed with everything else about our stay

The rooms were dirty with dirty marks all over the walls and on the couch! The windows and blinds were filthy and we were overlooking whAt looked like a runnish tip. The staff member who greeted us had no idea where we were supposed to be staying and had to keep ringing her boss. We travelled as two couples and booked a two bed apartment, after letting is park two cars they then made us move one of our cars to an outside ncp after we had brought all our stuff in and were trying to unpack. They also tried to put us into two separate single apartments. We also didn't seem to have any way of connecting to the supposedly free wi-fi We paid £176 for one night an it was not worth the money it's a good job we were already planning to spend the night out at a do!!

    Good

Convenient location, not exactly up to my standards of cleanliness...but then I dont think any place would be. Freindly helpful guy that met me with the keys & helpful throughout. No wi-fi but sustituted with dongle which was fair...

The position right south of the central area of Manchester

No reception, nobody of the staff there, communication with the staff by international phone calls and international sms. The person I contacted promised to be there at agreed time, after a while I was waiting myself I had to call him, just to be told he couldn't come and I had to park the car in an open parking behind the corner. I had booked an underground parking for my car safety. I then have been first debited with underground parking and then credited only after complaining. The room was quite dirty and the door was open, actually for me to get in without personnel.
